Three of us sat through the same 9-to-5. Different desks, same feeling — that our real work was happening somewhere else, after hours, in the ideas we kept coming back to.
So we left.
Not for a better job. For no job — and a bet on something we actually believed in.
We started Rangrez because we couldn't find enough jewellery that felt unapologetically expressive. Too much looked the same. Safe. Forgettable. We wanted pieces with presence — jewellery that didn't just complete an outfit, but became part of the conversation.
So that's what we set out to build.
We make jewellery for women who refuse to shrink. Bold. Chunky. Loud on purpose. Not accent pieces — conversation starters. If you're done playing small, this is for you.
Quality was never something we were willing to compromise on. When we started, we worked with just one vendor we trusted completely. Instead of chasing a bigger catalogue, we focused on building confidence in every piece we offered. As we've grown, we've carefully expanded to multiple vendors — but only after personally checking their materials, finish, craftsmanship and consistency. If a supplier doesn't meet our standards, they don't become part of Rangrez. Simple as that.
The same goes for our collection. We don't add products just to have more of them. We spend our time searching for pieces that feel different — designs with character, quality and presence. Every addition has to earn its place.
We're still a small team, and we like it that way. It means every decision, every collection and every customer experience still gets our personal attention. There are no shortcuts, no endless approval chains, and no one treating you like just another order number.
Three people. One shared vision. One promise: to create jewellery that's as expressive as the women who wear it.
