We take great care to accurately represent our jewellery through product images, dimensions, and descriptions. However, please note:

Colour & Finish: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting during photography, and the natural characteristics of materials, the actual colour, tone, and finish of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Size & Dimensions: Handcrafted jewellery may have minor variations in size and weight. We provide approximate measurements for guidance only.

Gemstones & Pearls: Natural stones and pearls have unique characteristics. Slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are normal and add to the individuality of each piece.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight differences between the product image and the actual item are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and do not qualify as defects.
3. Order Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel: Orders can be cancelled at any time, but the approval of such cancellation is at our sole discretion.

Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation by Rangrez: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification failure, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly.

Prepaid Orders: If you have paid for your order and the cancellation is approved (either by you or by us), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.
