Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible:

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

You may be asked to share clear photos or a short video of the issue to help us process your request.
Once the issue is verified, we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Returns
As most of our designs are produced in very limited quantities or are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Size or fit preferences

Personal style or colour preferences

Orders placed by mistake
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If your order is damaged or defective, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent piece at no extra cost, but we do not issue monetary refunds.
